Those who took gallic acid and curcumin had a 180 percent increase in testosterone, demonstrating curcumin's ability to counteract the oxidative damage caused by gallic acid while also increasing testosterone synthesis.

Surprisingly, based on their typical levels of endogenous antioxidants, both curcumin-consuming groups demonstrated decreased oxidative stress. Furthermore, higher activity of two important enzymes involved in testosterone production known as 3 beta-HSD and 17 beta-HSD contributed to the enhanced testosterone levels found in the curcumin-consuming groups.

Curcumin reduced oxidative stress in the testes, leading in improved testicular function and increased testosterone production, according to the study.


Estrogen Production Drops
